BMS Estimator

This would suit an experienced estimator who is looking to reduce their working week to 3-4 days per week. They will have a proven track record and must be able to take a project from tender documentation with possible site visits for refurbishment projects and issue our costed proposals.

Junior BMS Engineer

We are seeking to take on another Modern Apprentice to be trained to take on varying controls elements. As part of the training, the applicant will be expected to attend a specialist college near Eastleigh in Hampshire for 11 weeks per year for two years. The applicant will have as an absolute minimum GCE grades C and above in Maths, English & a Science subject. The apprenticeship will last for 4 years and the candidate will be expected to attain an NVQ3 qualification.
